Departure from the City 🌆
We left the Fuerte Amador Resort & Marina building at 7:30 a.m.
It is essential to carry out the registration process 45 minutes to an hour prior to departure time.
The journey lasts about 2 hours.
The ferry makes a brief stop at Isla Saboga before arriving at Contadora Island.
During the months of July to September it is common to observe humpback whales during the tour.
At Cacique Beach, on Contadora Island, we have inaugurated a new marina in February 2022 where we are disembarking.
Arrival to Contadora Island 🏖️
From early you can enjoy the white sand beach and crystal clear waters, ideal for swimming and snorkeling.
In addition, you can rent kayaks and take walks along the coast to explore the nearby bays, or rent golf carts perfect for a quick transfer by land throughout the island.
During the morning you can enjoy a picnic on the beach and relax under the shade of the trees.
Take a dip in the sea, rest and have some drinks to relax and enjoy the beautiful paradise that Contadora Island offers.
The facilities include beach chairs, umbrellas and bathrooms to offer greater comfort during your stay on the beach. *We do not have showers*

The gastronomic offer is varied, with options ranging from dishes with chicken, fish, pasta, to club sandwiches or pork chops, always with the freshness and quality of the products.

The ferry will leave the island at 3:30 p.m. and it is necessary to check-in 30 minutes before the departure time.

It is located in the Fuerte Amador Building and is available to those who have left their hotels or residences in the morning.
The cafeteria opens early to meet the needs of guests.
If you visit Panama City from mid-July to the end of September, it is recommended that you take the whale tour on Isla Bolaños.
